- Digital-wallet provider Curve, based in London, named Nancy Yaffa chief executive for the U.S. market. Yaffa, who has been at Curve since 2021, is a former executive with Bank of America and American Express Co.
- Point-of-sale terminal maker Ingenico named Jon Locke its chief financial officer. Locke recently was chief risk officer at Nova KBM, a Slovenia-based bank.
