- A mobile-commerce startup called Rezolve added two new members to its board of directors, Dr. Stephen Perry and Dr. Derek Smith. Perry comes to the company with long experience at Visa Inc. Smith formerly worked for more than a decade at The Economist, a business magazine. Rezolve, which in December said it will combine with Armada Acquisition Corp., is headed by payments entrepreneur Dan Wagner, whose high-flying mobile point-of-sale startup mPowa failed in 2016.
