- Afterpay, the buy now, pay later service owned by Block Inc.’s Square, is the one most used by Gen Z consumers—those between 18 and 25 years old—according to a survey from Insights in Marketing, a marketing consultancy, with 58% of them having used Afterpay. Next was Klarna at 44%; Affirm 29%; PayPal, 27%; ShopPay, 19%, Zip, 17%; Quadpay, 13%; and Sezzle, 10%.
- Prepaid card provider Paysign Inc. said it is working with EvoShare, a microsavings-oriented fintech, to allow Paysign to provide additional cash back rewards through its Paysign Pays Cashback Rewards program.

- New York City-based Payoneer Inc. said it received in-principle approval from the Monetary Authority of Singapore as a major payment institution license holder. Once received, the license will enable Payoneer to extend services such as mass payouts and card offerings.
- Prepaid card platform Blackhawk Network said it has agreed to support sales of gift cards from furniture retailer IKEA U.S. at third-party merchants.
