    • Shift4 Payments Inc. announced it will provide payment acceptance services for the Baltimore Orioles at concession areas throughout the Major League Baseball team’s Oriole Park at Camden Yards stadium. Shift4 also will handle payments at Oriole Park merchandise locations through a deal with sports merchandising firm Fanatics Inc.
    • Weave, a technology provider for small businesses, said it has signed a multi-year agreement to process transactions for more than 27,000 health-care practices on Stripe Inc.’s Stripe Connect platform.
    • The global, France-based processor Worldline announced it has closed on its acquisition of the merchant-acquiring unit of Italy’s Banco Desio in a transaction valued at 80 million euros, or $86.8 million.
    • Rocket Cos. Inc. launched its Rocket Visa Signature card, which offers 5% cash back on spending up to $8,000 to use toward closing costs and down payments related to a home purchase. The card, issued by Celtic Bank, carries a $95 annual fee, which is waived for customers carrying a mortgage serviced by Rocket Mortgage LLC.
