  • The U.S. Payments Forum has published a free white paper, “Regulation II Clarification for Debit Routing,” on the Federal Reserve’s announcement earlier this year that effective July 1 issuers must support network choice on card-not-present transactions, in addition to card-present, in accordance with the 2010 Durbin Amendment.
  • Payment-card manufacturer CPI Card Group Inc. has expanded its metal-card offering with a contactless card made of tungsten.
  • Payments provider Fleetcor Technologies Inc. said it has sold its entire operation in Russia to a local investment group. The Atlanta-based company operates in more than 100 countries.
  • Chargeback Gurus, a chargeback prevention and management services provider, said a partnership with Microsoft Corp.’s Dynamics 365 Fraud Protection will provide merchants using the software access to its fraud prevention tools.
  • ParkMobile LLC, a provider of app-based payments technology for parking, agreed to support contactless payments at gated parking garages that use equipment from WPS Parking Solutions.
  • UATP, known as a travel payments provider, has refreshed its logo.
  • Bluefin Payment Systems LLC named Tom Savage chief sales officer. Savage most recently was managing director in the PricewaterhouseCoopers International Ltd. payments practice.
