- Digital-banking software provider Alkami Technology Inc. said it has enabled access for client banks to open-banking network Plaid via an application programming interface.
- Lightspeed Commerce Inc., a specialist in payments processing for the hospitality industry, launched “Luminaries,” a planned series of interviews with the leaders of client businesses, starting with the corporate head of food and beverage at Life House hotels.
- JPMorgan is allowing users of its JPM Coin token to program accounts to make payments when due automatically and according to pre-set criteria. The banking giant launched the blockchain-based token in 2019, and last month it reached $1 billion in monthly payments for the first time.
- Wise Platform, part of the United Kingdom-based Wise payments provider, said it has partnered with a digital travel agency called Agoda to offer faster payment options for travelers globally.
- NCR Voyix Corp. reported results for the third quarter, the last full period before it spun off NCR Atleos, now a separate company housing NCR’s ATM business. The combined company reported $2 billion in revenue, up 2% year-over-year, with a net loss of $124 million from continuing operations, compared to net income of $69 million a year ago.
