Raj Seshadri will head commercial and new payment flows as chief commercial payments officer. Craig Vosburg becomes the chief services officer in charge of services.

- Payments-security firm Entrust has closed on its acquisition of Onfido, an identity-verification company. Terms were not disclosed.
- Payments platform Finix is working with Vroom Delivery, a digital-commerce platform, to offer Pay360, an online payment service aimed at convenience stores.
- Payments and billing platform Everyware introduced its Identity Verification Solutions set, aimed at attacking an increase in payments fraud.
- Pavilion Payments Gaming Services Inc. named Dan Connors chief executive. Connors most recently was CEO at ScentAir, an air quality and fragrance provider.
