- RevoluGroup Canada Inc., the company behind the mobile-payment app RevoluPay, said board chairman Bernard Lonis has stepped down for health reasons. The company has started a process to determine a successor to Lonis.
- Weave Communications Inc., a healthcare practice service provider named Greg Leos general manager of payments. Leos most recently was chief revenue officer at VikingCloud, a cybersecurity and payments compliance firm.
