Samsung Next Invests in Curve and other Digital Transactions News briefs from 6/24/24

  • Samsung Next has invested an undisclosed sum in Curve UK Ltd, developer of a U.K.-based digital wallet, bringing Curve’s total raised funds to more than $250 million.
  • ECS Fin, a developer of payment-processing technology, said Zenus Bank has adopted its IMS Payments capability to integrate Visa B2B Connect, a platform for business transactions directly between banks.
  • Payment card manufacturer CPI Card Group Inc. announced a private public offering of $285 million in senior secured notes due in 2029. The offering is for CPI CG Inc., a unit of the company.
