- Lightspeed Commerce Inc. announced it is working with US Foods Holding Corp., a large foodservice distributor, to sell Lightspeed’s payments technology for restaurants in the U.S. market.
- Embedded payments provider i3 Verticals Inc. reported $56 million in fiscal third-quarter revenue, down 2.3% from $57.3 million year-over-year. Its net loss increased to $8.3 million from $6.1 million. In June, i3 Verticals announced it would sell its merchant-of-record payments business to Payroc WorldAccess LLC for $440 million.
- Payments provider Repay Holdings Corp. reported second-quarter revenue grew 4% year-over-year to $74.9 million. The company’s net loss for the period was $4.2 million, down from $5.3 million in the year-ago period.
- Stronghold, a provider of embedded-payments technology, has been named by Nacha as a Preferred Partner for ACH Experience and ISO 20022. The program recognizes companies Nacha, the rules-setting body for the automated clearing house network, sees as aligning with its core strategies for the ACH network. The network processed 31.5 billion payments last year worth $80.1 trillion.
- Onosys, a developer of digital-ordering technology, said it has installed an off-premise ordering platform for the restaurant operator Winking Lizard Tavern. The technology is integrated with payments processing and Google Analytics. Winking Lizard has 15 locations in Northeast Ohio.
