  • Factor4 LLC, which offers a white-label gift card and loyalty solution to independent sales organizations and small businesses, has integrated its platform with Click a Waiter Inc., an online-ordering service for restaurants.
  • Payments provider Merchant Consulting Group Inc. announced its payments service will be integrated into Parkloco’s parking-focused software.
  • Processor JetPay Corp. said second-quarter revenue for its payments services segment was $15 million, a 70.5% increase from $8.8 million in the 2016 second quarter. Overall, JetPay had revenue of $18.8 million, a 54.1% increase from $12.2 million. Its net loss of $1.3 million was an improvement from a net loss of $5.6 million a year ago.
  • The Western Union Co. has extended for seven years an agreement to provide money-transfer, money-order, and bill-payment services to customers using Pay-O-Matic, a check-cashing and financial-services provider with 150 locations in New York City.
  • Viberate, a blockchain-based platform enabling cryptocurrency payments to artists in the music industry, announced an initial coin offering set for Sept. 5. In the offering, a form of crowdfunding, the company will offer its Vibe tokens to investors.
  • Atom Tickets, which offers a mobile-ticketing app for movies, said it will partner with T-Mobile starting Tuesday to promote the release of the action/comedy “The Hitman’s Bodyguard.” T-Mobile customers will be able to redeem a $4 movie token in the T-Mobile Tuesdays app and buy their tickets on the Atom Tickets app.
  • The ATM Industry Association, a trade group for ATM operators, published the “Cash versus Card—Relative Security and Victim Impact from Attacks” report.
