Clover Adds Recruiting App and other Digital Transactions News briefs from 12/16/19

  • Point-of-sale payments technology provider Clover, which is owned by Fiserv Inc., added JazzHR, a recruiting app, to its Clover App Market, which is aimed at small businesses.
  • Splitit Payments Ltd., a global provider of point-of-sale installment payments, announced it reached $3 million in merchant sales over the four-day stretch from Black Friday through Cyber Monday, a record for the company.
  • Fintech Rev19 LLC announced its acquisition of PAYK12 LLC, a school-payments services. Terms were not disclosed.
  • WEX Inc. announced it will manage a proprietary fleet fuel card program for Valero Energy Corp., said to be the largest independent petroleum refiner. It supplies more than 5,000 fuel stations in the United States.
  • Payments provider ACI Worldwide said ICA Banken in Sweden will use ACI’s UP Merchant Payments technology to offer payments processing to merchants.
  • Payments processor Computer Services Inc. named Brian K. Brown chief financial officer. Brown had been the company’s interim CFO.
