- Payments provider Priority Technology Holdings Inc. reported first-quarter revenue of $153.2 million, up 35% year-over-year.
- PayBright said it will provide installment payments to passengers using CheapOair.ca, an online travel agency.
- Travel platform Agoda said it now offers interest-free credit card installment payments on its booking platform in a partnership with Visa Inc.
- E-commerce fraud protection provider Signifyd said it will be the exclusive fraud protection technology provider to DNA Payments.
- Biometric card maker SmartMetric Inc. said it developed a biometric-activated payment card that uses the cardholder’s fingerprint to turn on the card prior to inserting it into a card reader or ATM.
- Fintech Park Place Payments named Jeffrey Punzel its chief product officer. He had been at Fiserv Inc.
- Payments platform PayNearMe appointed Lee-Anne Farley its chief people officer. She most recently was Head of People at Omada Health.
