- Cardlytics Inc., a specialist in deriving marketing data from payments flows, has agreed to acquire customer-data platform Bridg Inc. for $350 million.
- Pay Theory, a specialist in payments technology for school districts, is integrating its services with Abre.io, a provider of administration platforms for elementary and high schools.
- Airvet, a provider of digital payments and other services to veterinary hospitals, said it is working with veterinary-product distributor MWI Animal Health to reach clinics and doctors.

- Payments security provider PCI Pal named Mufti Monim chief technology officer. Monim most recently was CTO at Deko, a retail finance cloud technology provider.
- The Electronic Transactions Association named Matt Tremblay senior manager of state government affairs. Previously, Tremblay was director of state government affairs at the Project Management Institute.
- Mercator Advisory Group named Amy Dunckelmann as vice president of research operations. Her prior experience includes time at Mastercard Advisors, Citibank, JPMorgan Chase, and HSBC.
