With Its Dinerware and pcAmerica Deals, Heartland Lays out a New Direction for Leaf

Heartland Payment Systems Inc. has acquired point-of-sale system developers Dinerware Inc. and pcAmerica, both makers of restaurant point-of-sale systems, Heartland announced Friday.
