- Merchant data provider Spade Data Inc. said it will work with Bilt Rewards, a loyalty provider for home and rent payments, to provide more merchant details to Bilt users.
- PSQ Holdings Inc. said it has introduced automated clearing house payments processing capability, with online gun seller Guns.com as its first client. The merchant now uses PSQ for buy now, pay later and credit and debit card processing as well as ACH.
- Bluefin Payment Systems LLC, a tokenization-technology provider for payments, will offer point-to-point encryption to convenience stores and gas stations served by Fiscal Systems Inc., a developer of retail technology.
- Payfinia Inc. announced it will work with embedded-finance platform TAPP Engine Inc. to offer real-time payments services to banks and wealth-management offices.
- AppTech Payments Corp. said the Nasdaq Hearings Advisor has granted the company’s request to continue its Nasdaq listing provided the company meets certain conditions, including filing by March 31 a public disclosure that a shareholders’ equity deficiency has been cured. The company also has until May 5 to regain compliance with the Nasdaq’s $1 minimum bid price per share requirement. The company’s stock was trading at 43 cents per share early Tuesday.
- Travel app Emburse announced its corporate cards can now be loaded in the Apple Wallet for use with Apple Pay for customers in England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.
- Processor Nuvei Corp. announced it has appointed Moshe Selfin as chief product officer and Chad Gerhardstein as chief risk and compliance officer, a new position. Selfin comes to the company from Finaro, recently acquired by Shift4 Payments Inc. Gerhardstein joins from PwC and has previous experience at Vantiv and Worldpay.
