- Processor Payment Data Systems Inc., which acquired the independent sales organization Singular Payments LLC in September, reported revenues of $5.62 million in 2017’s fourth quarter, up 94% from $2.89 million a year earlier. Revenues for all of 2017 totaled $14.6 million, up 21%. Full-year credit card transaction and dollar volume grew 34% and 78%, respectively. The company posted respective quarterly and full-year losses of $1.3 million and $3 million.
- Private-equity firm LLR Partners said it invested $30 million in Midigator LLC, a chargeback-reporting and management-technology provider; Midigator will use the funding for product and business development.
- Credit-scoring technology firm FICO launched FICO Score XD 2, which it says can score more than 26.2 million consumer files previously considered unscorable because of a paucity of credit-bureau information.
