- Merchant processor EVO Payments Inc. plans to sell 6.02 million shares of Class A common stock, the net proceeds of which it will use to buy limited-liability interests and Class D common stock of the company held by private-equity firm Madison Dearborn Partners.
- Entersekt, which provides mobile-identity services for payments and other financial services, appointed former Dream Payments executive Christian Ali as its country manager for Canada.
