Gettrx Debuts a White Label Processing Program for ISOs And ISVs

Payments provider Global Electronic Technology Inc., known as Gettrx, launched a white- label platform for agents, independent sales organizations, and independent software vendors that could help them compete against larger payment processors.

The platform, called Gettrx One, enables agents, ISOs, and ISVs to market the service under their brand at no cost while transactions are processed by Gettrx, a Torrance, Calif.-based company and an independent sales organization for Esquire Bank, Jericho, N.Y.

In addition to no-cost white labeling, the platform also provides custom pricing templates, easy merchant onboarding, and integrations with a range of business tools and software. Gettrx also says the program is gateway agnostic.

“We’re not just leveling the playing field; we’re giving agents, ISOs, and ISVs the tools to stand out with their own branded solutions through strategic partnership,” Roberto Sato, Gettrx president and chief information officer, says in a statement. Gettrx says the platform is unlike entities such as Stripe because it provides a branding opportunity along with a revenue stream.

“Opening and operating a business can be hard, but self-serve onboarding where all their payments can be viewed on one platform makes that undertaking easier for the entrepreneur. We also noticed that software vendors wanted to integrate payments but didn’t have bank card knowledge or experience. Gettrx One was built by in-house software developers who were also merchant service experts to bridge that gap, making it easier for these ISVs to expand their offerings to their own customers who were demanding bundled solutions,” a Gettrx spokesperson says.

The Gettrx One revenue model centers on the processing, not upfront costs or monthly fees, it says. “Agents and ISOs succeed by instantly transforming into fintech companies to compete in the modern space of payments without any upfront investment and ISVs can monetize payments to their clients,” the spokesperson says.

Among its other features, the platform provides detailed reporting, from the onboarding process to transaction review, chargeback review, and deposits and statements.

Gettrx One works with credit and debit card acceptance, ACH, and digital wallets. It also provides a way for users to split funding to share revenue and manage payouts and works with conventional merchants as well as high-risk ones.
