- Point-of-sale systems maker Lightspeed Commerce Inc. announced a reorganization that will “impact approximately 200” employees. The savings from the move will be “redeployed” to other, unspecified areas of the company, Lightspeed said.
- Processor Priority Technology Holdings Inc. has filed a shelf registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The move will allow the company, which went public in 2016, to offer shares at times of its choosing over the course of three years.
- Mastercard Inc. has agreed to provide transaction-gateway services to MyFatoorah, a Dubai-based payments processor serving more than 75,000 merchants.
- NICE Actimize, a New Jersey-based provider of anti-money laundering technology, will provide AML solutions for Creand Credit Andorra, which owns financial institutions in Andorra, Luxembourg, Spain, Panama, and the United States.
- France-based global processor Worldline SA said processing has returned to normal in Italy and other areas following an interruption caused by damage related to gas-pipe installation along certain Italian roads.
