Mothership Opts for UnionPay and other Digital Transactions News briefs from 9/24/24

  • Logistics provider Mothership Technologies Inc. announced it has adopted UnionPay as a payment option to ease international transactions.
  • First Pacific Bank will adopt FedNow real-time payments through a connection to software provider Finastra’s Payments to Go platform.
  • Relay Payments said it is extending its trucking and logistics payments network to Love’s Travel Stops. The company said its platform is now used by more than 100,000 carriers and 400,000 drivers.
  • Blackhawk Network said its platform is introducing the first gift card offered by the online gift card market Giftcards.com.
  • Corporate-payments provider Corpay Inc. said its cross-border service has been adopted by Everton Football Club of the United Kingdom’s Premier League.
  • Payments provider Paysafe Ltd. Has appointed Marianne Heiss as an independent non-executive board member. Heiss was most recently chief executive of BBDO Group Germany.
