- Buy now, pay later processor Affirm Inc. said it is expanding its partnership with Priceline to include online travel agency Priceline’s business-to-business platform, Priceline Partner Solutions.
- Canada-based processor Nuvei Corp. announced it has completed the process of going private after five years as a public company. Neon Maple Purchaser Inc., a unit of Advent International, has acquired all of the company’s outstanding subordinate voting shares. Founder and chief executive Philip Fayer will continue in that role.
- Corpay Inc. said its cross-border payments unit has reached a multi-year agreement that will extend its contract to process payments for World Aquatics, the global governing body for aquatic sports.
- NCR Atleos Corp. said it is working with U.K.-based banking giant NatWest Group to upgrade NatWest’s network of more than 5,500 ATMs and so-called multi-function devices.
- U.S. Bank announced it has worked with Booking.com and Rocket Travel by Agoda to create a travel-booking service for the bank’s credit card customers, allowing cardholders to reserve hotels, flights, and rental cars.
- Prepaid card specialist Blackhawk Network announced it will shift its cards from plastic to materials based on paper globally. The effort is in support of an initiative by Mastercard Inc. to remove plastic payment cards from its network by 2028.
- ClinicMind has launched ClinicMindPay, a credit card processing platform supported by payments provider Fortis and integrated with ClinicMind’s practice-management technology.
