- Visa Inc. announced the promotions of Kelly Mahon Tullier to vice chair and chief people and administrative officer and Julie Rottenberg to executive vice president, general counsel. Tullier’s position is new. She joined Visa in 2014. Rottenberg joined Visa in 2008.
