- Shoplazza, a shopping-cart technology provider for more than 360,000 merchants, said it will support integration of payments-acceptance capability from Payoneer into its clients’ Web stores.
- Billing and payment platform Kill Bill and Wovenware, a provider of artificial intelligence and software engineering services, said Wovenware created an open-source plugin that integrates e-commerce processor Adyen to the Kill Bill platform. The integration enables Adyen to offer more payment options.
- Klarna Bank AB has launched its Visa-branded Klarna card in the U.S. market, issued by Webbank. The card embodies Klarna’s buy now, pay later proposition, allowing users to pay for purchases in four installments over time. More than 1 million U.S. consumers have signed up on a waitlist for the card, Klarna says. Though the card doesn’t assess interest, users pay a monthly fee of $3.99 after the first 12 months.
- Buy now, pay later services provider Uplift Inc. said Spirit Airlines is offering interest-free payment options from Uplift through a promotion for flights booked by June 15.
- Letus, a digital rent-payment platform formerly known as RentMoola, said it is integrating with MRI Software, a technology provider for commercial and residential real-estate companies.
