- Ternary Developments Inc. has joined the Stripe Partner Program, which enables clients to accept online payments via Stripe Inc. Ternary provides a cloud-based platform for Discord social-engagement communities.
- Appetize Technologies Inc., a provider of management software for the food-and-beverage industry, announced integrations with payments processor Paytronix Systems Inc., gift card provider Givex Inc,, and labor-management software provider 7Shifts Inc.
- Payments provider Shift4 Payments Inc. added six vendor integrations to its Marketplace for merchant clients. The six are: OpenSimSim, Sling, BarVision Craftable, Orca Inventory, and Yellow Dog Software. Existing integrations include Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Mailchimp.
- Foley Trasimene Acquisition Corp. II, the special purpose acquisition corporation (SPAC) that announced a $9-billion agreement in December to acquire Paysafe Group Holdings Ltd., said stockholders have approved the acquisition. The combined company will operate as Paysafe and trade on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “PSFE.” Shares are expected to start trading next Wednesday.
- Amazon Web Services Inc. said Amazon Lookout for Metrics is now generally available. The managed service alerts clients to situations like high rates of abandoned shopping carts, sudden increases in payment failures, and other business anomalies.
- Blackhawk Network said it and fintech SKUx are working on a new coupon delivery and processing service that will digitize and automate the delivery, redemption, and settlement components of the process.
