  • Transcore announced it has activated its Infinity tolling technology on the West Virginia Turnpike.
  • The payments platform ePayPolicy announced Quotes and Invoices, a service intended to help insurance companies guide customers from an initial quote to invoice and payment.
  • Payments-software provider Eastnets announced it has achieved compliance with the European Union’s Digital Operational Resilience Act, which goes into effect Jan. 17. The law sets standards for cybersecurity and operational strength in the financial-services industry.
  • Payments advisory firm Glenbrook Partners launched its On-Demand Learning program, which includes two initial courses, one a condensed version of its Payments Boot Camp and the other preparation instruction for payments and fraud certification.
  • Point-of-sale technology provider MagTek debuted adaptor accessories to enable certain OtterBox mobile device cases to easily attach MagTek payment devices.
  • Patrick Block has been appointed chief financial officer at Inbox Health, a healthcare payments and billing platform. Block comes to the company from Titan Cloud Software.
  • Digital bill payment provider InvoiceCloud named Alice Palmer chief marketing officer. Palmer has held positions at Autodesk, Vercara, and Monotype.
  • Interpayments, a provider of surcharge technology for merchants, has appointed former Discover Financial Services chief executive Roger Hochschild to its board of directors.
  • Processor ACI Worldwide Inc. appointed Philip Bruno chief strategy and growth officer. Bruno comes to the company from the advisory service McKinsey & Co., where he was a partner and co-lead of the global payments practice.
  • Payments provider Valor PayTech named Tom Pojero executive vice president. His past employers include Visa, Worldpay, and American Express.
