- Cross-border payments specialist Flywire Corp. said it has finished an integration with Adapt IT Education, a unit of Adapt IT Holdings Ltd., to support cross-border tuition payments for students studying in South Africa.
- Fiserv Inc. announced the appointment of Dylan Haggart to its board of directors. Haggart is a partner at ValueAct Capital.
