Trifecta Technologies Inc., an IT management company specializing in the Salesforce platform, is partnering with processor Stripe Inc. to create what it calls a payment launchpad for businesses.
The launchpad will enable SalesForce users to streamline their payment processes by automating recurring payments. The feature will help businesses ensure on-time payments and reduce the need for manual followup for late payments, Allentown, Pa.-based Trifecta says. The launchpad also supports secure one-time manual payments.
Launchpad users can view invoices while making and managing their payments. The launchpad, which includes self-service customer-service features, also implements automated emails and workflows to improve communication with customers by sending payment confirmations and payment reminders to customers’ inboxes.

Madison Energy Infrastructure, a New York-based developer of clean-energy infrastructure is one of the first companies to implement Trifecta’s payment launchpad.
Since deploying the platform, Madison Energy says it has reduced the manual processes involved in receiving payments and improved the customer experience by supporting mobile devices, offering self-service capabilities, and supporting alternative payment options, such as the automated clearing house. The launchpad also allows Madison Electric to settle payments to different accounts across its multiple divisions through a single platform.
“Our customers can pay how and when they want, while our team benefits from greater visibility, automated workflows, and significantly reduced manual processing,” R. Harris Haynes, digital director for MEI says in a statement.
