Vanco’s RevTrak Plan and other Digital Transactions News briefs from 8/28/24

Vanco, a payments-technology provider to more than 3,000 schools, said it is expanding its partnership with Frontline Education, a developer of administrative software for educational institutions, to include Vanco’s RevTrak payments platform, which the company says eases school fees and other payments for families.
Adyen NV will process transactions for Aghanim, a U.S. startup that provides monetization technology for mobile-game developers.
Cannabis point-of-sale system provider POSaBIT Systems Corp. reported second-quarter revenue of $4.3 million, down 68% from $13.6 million in the 2023 second quarter. POSaBIT did not explain the decrease in revenue. It narrowed its 2Q loss to $435,961 from $1.6 million a year ago.
G2 Risk Solutions released an API version of its Global Onboarding product, an artificial intelligence-enhanced merchant-onboarding service.
Some 77% of U.S. citizens prefer to pay bills online or with mobile devices, but 18.7% of these users have been victimized by online identity theft, according to the 2024 ACI Speedpay Pulse Report from ACI Worldwide Inc.
