- Waitr Holdings Inc., an ordering and delivery platform for restaurants, has agreed to offer the Harbortouch point-of-sale system from payments provider Shift4 Payments Inc. to Waitr’s 26,000 clients.
- Payments provider Nuvei Corp. said a subsidiary has won approval to provide payment processing to support daily fantasy sports and sports-wagering operators in Louisiana. The approval, from the Louisiana Gaming Control Board, lets Nuvei support online sports betting throughout the state.
- Payments platform PayOp said it is collaborating with PayDo, a provider of checkout capability for online merchants, to allow PayOp merchants to send funds quickly from their account to their PayDo wallet.
- Mobilium Technologies Inc., a Canada-based payment service provider specializing in linking cryptocurrencies to fiat currencies, said it has integrated an application programming interface from Wyre Inc. to process automated clearing house transactions for U.S. clients.
- PassportParking Inc., provider of a parking-payment and -management app, said it is partnering with Way.com Inc., whose car-services app allows users to find, book, and pay for parking and other motoring services.
- Bank of Ireland Group has extended a referral agreement for merchant-acquiring services with payments provider EVO Payments Inc. in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.
- London-based Wise Ltd., a global money-transfer platform, said it will expand its U.S. operations to Austin, Texas, hire more than 150 people across all U.S. locations, and move its New York City headquarters to a larger location in the city. The company also has an office in Tampa, Fla.
- Online checkout provider Bolt said it acquired Tipser, a Sweden-based commerce technology company. Terms were not disclosed.
- Money-transfer service Paysend Group said Javier Perez, a former Mastercard Europe executive, joined its board as a non-executive director.
