- Duck Creek Technologies, a provider of insurance technology, announced it has agreed to acquire Imburse Payments, a Swiss payments provider, for undisclosed terms. The deal is expected to close in the second quarter.
- Bestpass Inc., a toll-payment platform for commercial fleets, said it will work with weigh-station network Drivewyze to ease toll payment and costs.
