  • ACI Worldwide Inc.’s shares finished up 13% to $26.11 on Wednesday as Bloomberg reported the payments company is talking to private-equity players about a possible sale.
  • Payments processor Computer Services Inc. said it is working with Microsoft to rebuild its technology on Azure, Microsoft’s cloud-services platform.
  • CardWorks Servicing LLC, a unit of CardWorks Inc., an outsourcing support provider for credit card and installment loan products, completed its acquisition of Dataline Systems LLC. Terms were not disclosed.
  • Duck Creek Technologies, a provider of insurance technology, announced it has agreed to acquire Imburse Payments, a Swiss payments provider, for undisclosed terms. The deal is expected to close in the second quarter.
  • Bestpass Inc., a toll-payment platform for commercial fleets, said it will work with weigh-station network Drivewyze to ease toll payment and costs.
