- Website-creation platform Wix.com Ltd. launched its e-commerce service that offers Wix Payments, a payment-processing service.
- The Regal movie-theater chain, a unit of Cineworld Group, said it will reopen its 541 U.S. theaters July 31 and will implement contactless payments along with other measures to prevent the spread of Covid-19.
- Marqeta Inc. said it will support issuance of a credit card aimed at small businesses in Spain and issued by Capital on Tap, a startup based in the United Kingdom.
- Wealthfront Corp. said its banking app has introduced a checking feature and linked debit card. Checking services are provided by Green Dot Bank.
- Prepaid services provider InComm introduced an American Express virtual reward card for businesses to use in rewards programs for consumers and employees.
- FIS Inc. and The Venture Center, an entrepreneur-development organization, announced the 10 companies participating in the 2020 FIS Fintech Accelerator program.
