- Clio, a technology provider for law firms, launched Clio Duo, a set of services based on artificial-intelligence technology, including billing.
- Himanshu Patel, a veteran of Fiserv Inc. and First Data Corp., will take over as chief executive of point-of-sale payments-technology provider Verifone, effective Nov. 1. Patel succeeds Mike Kohlsdorf, who will remain on Verifone’s board.
